Running

I finally figured out what exercise motivates me to actually get up off the couch....running with my daughter.

For the past few days, I've taken her out in the stroller and just gone through our neighborhood. The only challenge I am having is when I run directly into the sun - I am going to have to fashion some sort of extra shield for that. She loves it too, she just hangs out and is along for the ride.

I am finding myself very grumpy lately and I don't really know why. I guess I am finding myself a little lost with what my next step will be for my life, career, whatever the case might be. Do you ever just get a little frustrated with things? I am sure it will pass shortly.

Really, that's all I have today. Oh yeah, and I am preparing a special post about the woman who is suing Chuck E Cheese. Oy.

I understand getting frustrated-but it might have something to do with the fact I'm pregnant. Either way, running with your daughter sounds like good exercise and a good stress reliever :)

Guess Who Has A New Potty???

This girl!! Jason and I took Avery to Target tonight to find a potty chair. We didn't know what kind to get. When we got there, she loved the Sesame Street one. It's the kind that sits on the toilet, not an actual chair. I've heard both reasonings on a chair and a pad for the real toilet. On one hand, the chairs are little and easier for them to sit on and they aren't scary to flush. On the other, the pad doesn't require you to have to clean out a chair and they teach kids to sit on the big potty from the get go. What it really came down to was that we just don't have a big bathroom at all, so keeping an actual chair in the bathroom would have been hard. So we got the pad. It has a little hook that you attach to the tank, so you can hang the pad on it. I love this!  I have no intention of actually potty training Avery full out, just yet. I don't think she is ready. Some Changes...

We've been going through a bit of a transition at the Whitehead household the last month or so. I haven't really talked too much about it because I wasn't ready, to be honest. It's just a lot of change and I've been trying to figure it out in my head.   As of three weeks ago last Friday, I am no longer a full time work out of home employee.   I can't believe I just said that.   It's been the plan for several months now for me to go into real estate and it was always assumed I'd be doing that part time, while keeping my full time job. Plans kind of changed when Jason got his promotion. He'd always has a job that allowed him a lot of flexibility. In sales, especially after you've been in a position for a while, it just sort of happens that way.
