Updates - Wedding pics, pregnancy and pups

I should really be better about writing on this blog but I am not. Sorry. Many of you have asked me to post pictures of the wedding. I promise, I will. The files on the pictures are so large that it's going to take me a long time so I have been dreading it and putting it off, but I will do it this weekend.

So, I lost my morning sickness there for a week, but it's back. But now, it's evening sickness. Starting Friday night, I have been sick before bed pretty much every night. This time it's been a lot harder on me, my throat hurts pretty much all the time, but what can I say, it's for a good cause! I go back to the doctor May 17th for a checkup. I really can't wait to start and show because other than the morning sickness and the heartbeat I heard a few weeks ago, I sometimes forget I am pregnant. So far, I have only gained 4 pounds, which is awesome, but I see pregnant bellies and I can't wait for mine to show up! Although, I have heard of women who do not show until their 5th month of pregnancy, so I am trying not to rush it. Once again, this is an experience I will only have a limited time in my lifetime, so I am trying to remember everything about it. I am sure once I start showing, it will be harder to sleep and I will have to buy new clothes, so I am being patient. Tanna asked me last night if I thought it was a boy or a girl and I honestly have no feelings either way at this point. Some women say they "know" but I really don't. I can't wait to find out though!

So, Bella has been really needy lately. They say dogs can sense pregnancy. She is not a needy dog and doesn't really have to be pet all the time, she is content laying at your feet most of the time. But these last few days, she will come up to me wherever I am and nudge my hand to pet her or she will lay right on top of me when I am in the bed instead of down by the foot of the bed. And she whines alot when I am not giving her attention. I think she is jealous or something. It's just the sweetest thing I have ever seen. I am so lucky to have my pups, they are just the greatest dogs there ever was! And Bella, you will ALWAYS be my first born. :-)

I have also taken a belly picture but haven't posted it yet, as I do NOT like it, but I will when I am ready. Hehe. Have a great day, everyone!

I never had that feeling with either of my pregnancies. It was always a shock when the sonogram nurse said "it's a girl/boy"

I told you it's about the boobs. If they hurt a lot and get larger early in the pregnancy...It's a girl. If not, it's a boy.

What is Your Skin Care Regimen?

Since turning 34 this year, I've been really trying to make sure I am taking care of my skin. I have been using Cover Girl Liquid Powder for years, but it always seemed to break my neck out. And full disclosure, my face cleaning routine consisted of using Avery's baby wipes (which actually do remove eye makeup surprisingly well). So, needless to say, my skin didn't always look its best.   So, I received some gift cards for my birthday and I decided to go ahead and spring for some better products. Why I am Pro Universal Healthcare and Changes to Our Healthcare System

Due to my recent proactivity with my credit and paying off debt, I decided to give the hospital a call where I was admitted about a month ago and ask about my bill. I wanted to make sure I didn't miss it in the mail and I wanted to get an idea of what I'd be paying for my stay. I get on the phone with the billing department and the woman is just as nice as can be, really. She was surprised I'd even called her, considering I didn't even have a bill yet.
