So, I went to bed on Saturday night with an almost 18 month old. I woke up Sunday night with a two year old. I thought Sunday was just a bad day, but every day since she's been the same! Whining, upset if she doesn't get her way, she throws herself down on the stomach if she's mad. The whining is pretty annoying. But the temper tantrums on her stomach are just about the cutest thing ever. Of course, I never let her see me smiling about them.
This morning, she was eating her banana when she got into her seat and I had to take a picture. I love her more than life itself, really. It is just frustrating sometimes when I wish she used her words but she just whines. Or immediately starts crying the second something isn't going her way. This is just her new phase! Luckily, I have a hubby that's been through this twice already. He is really good to say, "Jenna, just ignore her when she is throwing her fits! Don't even look at her." It's hard to just ignore it, but really, it's the best way. I don't want her learning that's a way to get what she wants.
I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!
