I've met women and developed relationships I might not have otherwise. It's also nice to know that most things I struggle with as a mom especially with young children are things other moms struggle with too. And that moms who have raised their kids struggled with the same things as well. I look at their kids and think if I hold my kids to the standards in God's Word and love them and pray for them they might turn out okay too.Kaydihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16083158843836819927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8629264107765017665.post-48131259910624721592013-05-08T08:52:27.287-05:002013-05-08T08:52:27.287-05:00We go to a pretty big church so our women's mi...We go to a pretty big church so our women's ministry is pretty big and has many activities throughout the year. The one I have participated in is a Moms Bible Study. It runs for 8 weeks in the fall and 8 weeks in the Spring and includes lots of great topics and speakers that pertain to being a mom and wife. We meet once a week and childcare is provided for a small fee (like $20 for the 8 weeks per child). The girls have a lot of fun going and I enjoy the time away from them relating to other moms. I think that they have something similar in the evening for working moms but we get our groove on in the morning. I was really blessed this last semester even though we missed almost 1/2 due to sick kiddos. :(teacherjanethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06683410598017088687noreply@blogger.com
